BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 22. A fire broke out
at an oil
refinery in Baku, a source in the
Ministry of Emergency
Situations of Azerbaijan told Trend .
According to the source, the ministry's 112 hotline received
information about a fire at an oil refinery located in the Nizami
district of the capital.
In this regard, the forces of the State Fire Service of the
Ministry of Emergency Situations were immediately brought to the
scene.
