Iran's President Leaves For Iraq On His First State Visit (PHOTO)


(MENAFN- Trend News Agency) BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 11. Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian visited Iraq's capital, Baghdad, as part of his first state visit, Trend reports.

Within the framework of the three-day visit, the Iranian president will meet with Iraqi President Abdullatif Jamal Rashid, Prime Minister Mohammed Shia' Al Sudani, and Parliament Speaker Mohsen Al-Mandalawi.

The signing of 15 documents to develop economic relations between the two countries is expected during the visit.
