Saudi Flynas declares new trips to Bahrain, Doha

(MENAFN) Flynas, a prominent Saudi Arabian airline, has announced the commencement of direct flights from its main hub in Madinah to Bahrain and Doha starting from September 10, as detailed in a recent press release. These additions to Flynas' network further enhance connectivity from Madinah, which already includes major global destinations such as Istanbul, Ankara, Dubai, Amman, and Cairo.

The expansion aligns with Flynas' strategic growth plans and supports the objectives outlined in the National Civil Aviation Strategy of Saudi Arabia. This strategy aims to position the Kingdom as a hub connecting to 250 international destinations and accommodating 330 million passengers annually by 2030, while also welcoming 100 million tourists annually.

Beginning September 10, Flynas will operate three weekly flights between Madinah Airport and Bahrain International Airport in Manama. Additionally, starting September 12, the airline will offer two weekly flights between Madinah Airport and Doha. These new routes are expected to cater to both business and leisure travelers, facilitating easier travel options between Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region.

Flynas currently maintains a robust network linking over 70 domestic and international destinations, with more than 1,500 weekly flights. Earlier this month, the airline expanded its services by inaugurating its first direct flight between Riyadh and El-Alamein International Airport in Egypt, underscoring its commitment to expanding connectivity across the region.

The introduction of these new routes reflects Flynas' dedication to enhancing air travel options for passengers while contributing to the broader goals of Saudi Arabia's aviation sector development. As the airline continues to grow its route network and fleet capabilities, travelers can anticipate increased accessibility and convenience in air travel within and beyond the Middle East region.
