In an exclusive interview, he told Pajhwok Afghan News that he migrated to the US in 1980 due to Political issues and war and after 44 years on April 8/2024 returned to Afghanistan.

He said at that time, Kabul was the center of science and culture, and a real peace reigned in Afghanistan.

He said he visited different places in the country without facing any hardship, but things were negatively propagated about Afghanistan in the social media.

Comparing to the time when he left Afghanistan, things has changed a lot and a lot of development had occurred. He hoped for more development and be able to compete with the neighboring nations.

He hailed nationwide security but added poverty, deteriorated economic situation and ban on girls work and education were the two points which needed urgent attention from the government.

Referring to the importance of men and women education he said the first revealed Surrah of the Holy Quan talked about reading and said education for all could help reduce illiteracy in the country.
