KUWAIT, July 10 (KUNA) -- Argentina reached Copa America 2024 final after beating Canada 2-0 and will await the winner between Uruguay and Colombia, whose semi-final clash is set for Thursday.
Julian Alvarez gave Argentina the lead when he converted an assist by Rodrigo De Paul in the 23rd minute to fnish the first half leading 1-0.
The Argentinians, playing at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, continue their press and Lionel messi found the net five minutes into the second half, and the team never look back and controlled the tempo of the game until the final whistle. (end)
