Magnitude 5.7 Earthquake Strikes East Coast Of Kamchatka, Russia

An earthquake of magnitude 5.9 struck near the east coast of Kamchatka region in Russia's Far East on Monday, the German Research Center for Geosciences (GFZ) said.

The quake was at a depth of 10 km (6.2 miles), GFZ said.
