Encounter Breaks Out In J&K's Kathua
(MENAFN- Kashmir Observer) Srinagar- An encounter broke out in Machhedi area of Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday.
Quoting official sources, news agency GNS reported that a joint team of Police and security forces came under fire during searches in Machhedi area, which the forces retaliated triggering off a gunfight.

Meanwhile, more reinforcement has been sent to the encounter spot, they said.
