Turkish Airlines plans to acquire four cargo aircraft from Boeing


(MENAFN) Boeing announced on Tuesday that Turkish airlines plans to acquire four cargo aircraft from the company, aimed at bolstering its presence in the global air cargo market. According to Boeing's statement, Turkish Airlines has placed an order for four Boeing 777 freighters, which will significantly enhance its cargo capacity by adding 408 metric tons.

The decision to expand its fleet underscores Turkish Airlines' strategy to capitalize on the burgeoning demand for cargo services, driven by the rapid growth of e-commerce and the increasing need for efficient global transportation solutions.
