Commerce Min Orders Acceleration Of Digitalization, Enforcing Open Door Policy

Kuwait, June 6 (KUNA) -- The Minister of Commerce and Industry and Minister of State for Communications Affairs, Omar Al-Omar, issued directives on Thursday to expedite the digitalization process for civil services.
In a press release, the ministry said that the orders came from the higher ups and Council of Ministers with the aim of improving work conduct, accelerating and easing transactions, creating a productive work environment for the benefit of the public.
Open door policy has also been enforced, it continued, on all the agencies, leaders, supervisors and to listen to the general public and ease their transactions.
It added that the ministry will receive citizens through appointments that can be booked on the (Sahel) application. (end)
