Eid Festivities At Lusail Boulevard To Continue Until Friday

Doha: The buzzing atmosphere at Lusail Boulevard will continue as Eid Al Fitr celebrations have been extended until this weekend.

Citizens and residents who plan to visit the place can do so until Friday, April 28, 2023, with stunning parades, live music, traditional performances, carnival performances and roaming shows included in the extended schedule. Visitors can also explore various cuisines in food stalls as well as enjoy family-friendly activities.

"The joy hasn't ended yet, as the celebration is to continue for some activities as per the extended schedule until Friday. Be ready for spectacular vibes! Eid Mubarak," said Lusail City on social media.

The Eid celebrations for the past few days at Lusail Boulevard attracted a huge crowd as citizens and residents alike thronged the avenue to witness fireworks shows and the longest drone show in the GCC which lasted for over 19 minutes.

Speaking to Qatar Television, a visitor shared: "My last visit to Qatar was 8 years ago, there is great development, and there are very beautiful activities during Eid, and I advise everyone to visit Lusail to see the activities."
