Doha: The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered in the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice from March 19 to 23, 2023 reached QR 284,628,474.
The weekly bulletin issued by the Department shows that the list of real estate properties traded for sale included vacant lands, houses, residential buildings, and commercial shops. Sales operations were concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakra, Al Khor, Al Thakhira, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, and Al Shamal.
The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered in the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice from March 12 to 16, 2023 reached QR 359,090,529.
