Alborz province establishes 21 agricultural ventures during 44th anniversary of Islamic Revolution

(MENAFN) As declared by the chief of Alborz province’s Agriculture Department, 21 improvement and output ventures valued at five trillion rials (around USD12.5 million) were opened and installed in the region on the occasion of the 44th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution.

Abdolreza Bazdar asserted that 18 out of the 21 stated ventures are associated to the output in the agriculture industry of the province, three are associated to the building of modern forced irrigation systems, and three are linked to the establishing of greenhouses in the province.

Because of the surged necessity of the market for flowers and ornamental plants, in addition to off-season vegetables and summer crops, greenhouse cultivation has become one of the most cost-effective agricultural industries today.

Cultivation in the measured space of the greenhouse is going to have an average of 10 times higher yield a unit sector than outdoor cultivation because of appropriate environmental circumstances.
