Iran, Belarus sign MOU on agricultural partnership


(MENAFN) Iran and Belarus have inked a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for growing collaboration in the agricultural industry, the portal of the Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (TCCIMA) mentioned in a report.

Drafted under the guideline of the two nations’ mutual Economic Committee, the MOU was inked at the place of the Iranian Agriculture Ministry, on the offshoots of the trip of a Belarusian delegation ruled by the nation’s Deputy Agriculture Minister Ivan Ivanovich to Tehran.

As said by Dmitry Koltsov, the envoy of the Republic of Belarus in Tehran, useful actions have been underlined in this MOU for the improvement of ties among the two nations in the sector of agricultural as well as food exchange.

While giving a speech in the meeting, Ivanovich highlighted the straight communication among businessmen and exchangers of the two nations as a basis for the two parties to get to know each other and study around their joint prospects and volumes for collaboration and the growth of commodity exchanges and mutual investment.
