Doha Port Receives Over 3,000 Visitors Aboard 'Mein Schiff 6' Cruise Ship

Doha: Doha Port on Friday welcomed the cruise ship 'Mein Schiff 6', which is operated by the German cruise line 'TUI Cruises' on its first call in 2022-23 cruise season, bringing 3,278 passengers and crew to Qatar.

The cruise liner, which sails under the flag of Malta, is scheduled to make nine more calls to Doha Port during the current season.

The ship made its first call to Qatar shores in the 2021-22 cruise season.

Commissioned in 2017, Mein Schiff 6 is 295 m long, 35.8 m wide, and 8 m draft and offers space for up to 2,534 passengers and boasts 17,895 sqm of outside decks and 1,800 sqm of spa and fitness areas, besides 11 restaurants and bistros and 16 lounges.
