Commander of Security Operations for the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar H E Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani thanked everyone who worked hard to make Qatar 2022 the best World Cup in history.

In a social media post, accompanied by video of the security force that include glimpses from the stadium, control room, and national command centre he wrote a messaging thanking everyone.

'We said it“On Promise”, due to our confidence on leadership with vision and determination, and on men and women working with team spirit to raise the name of our country and our Amir high, and to write a success story that is difficult for anyone to emulate,' he wrote.
