EU's Borrell Visits UAE To Attend Sir Bani Yas Forum

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) BRUSSELS, Nov 5 (KUNA) -- EU High Representative Josep Borrell begins Saturday a 2-day visit to the United Arab Emirates to hold bilateral meetings there and attend Sir Bani Yas Forum.
The visit will offer an opportunity to further reinvigorate the EU-UAE bilateral relationship and to exchange with policy and opinion makers on regional matters and global affairs, his office said in a press release today.
On Saturday, the EU High Representative will meet Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the UAE and Anwar Gargash, Presidential Advisor to the President of the UAE.
In addition, Borrell will hold several meetings with other high-level participants of the Forum, it added.
The Sir Bani Yas Forum brings together senior decision makers from across the Middle East and around the world to discuss crucial issues facing the region. (end)
