MTB Celebrates Customer Service Week

Dhaka: To ensure customer satisfaction by enhancing the standards of service, Mutual Trust bank Ltd celebrated 'Customer Service Week' from August 21-25, 2022 in South-West Bengal and North Bengal regions.

Md Ahsan Adelur Rahman, Member of Parliament, Nilphamari-4 inaugurated this event in the presence of some distinguished customers of the Bank in a simple ceremony held at MTB Rangpur Branch.

Throughout the week, the bank received large number of positive feedback from the customers. Spontaneous and cordial participation of the Bank's dedicated Frontlines and Senior Management made the event more organised, festive and meaningful.

As part of the celebration, the Bank handed over some gifts to its customers at the branches. Thus, the Customer Service Week was proven to be a bridge between MTB and its valued customers.

Syed Mahbubur Rahman, Managing Director and CEO, Rais Uddin Ahmad, Deputy Managing Director and CAMLCO and Sharmin Ahmed, Head of Service Quality of MTB along with other senior officials of the Bank were also present at the ceremony throughout the week.
