Doha: Dar Al Sharq Group and Alfardan Group recently honoured a winner of 2021 Mini Cooper 5 doors car, Mohamed Mubarak Al Shahwani, who won the Dar Al Sharq Group's 'Browse and Win' campaign.
The award was presented during a ceremony held recently at the MINI exhibition - Alfardan Towers in the West Bay.
The ceremony was attended by Dr. Maan Al Hamwi, Executive Director of Operations, Automotive and vehicles Operations Division at Alfardan Group; Nasr Jiraudi, General Manager of Alfardan Automobiles; Jaber Al Harami, Deputy CEO of Dar Al Sharq Group; and Jassim Salman, Director of Advertising for Dar Al Sharq Group.
Al Shahwani expressed his happiness for winning the grand prize and extended his gratitude to both Dar Al Sharq Group and Al Fardan Automobiles.
“I participated in the raffle for the prizes of the 'Browse and Win' campaign on its last day, and I did not expect to be one of the winners and to be lucky to get the car,” he said.
He also affirmed his support for the newspapers of the Dar Al Sharq Group, which he described as the most prominent newspapers locally and regionally.
Jaber Al Harami, Deputy CEO of Dar Al Sharq Group, said that this award and the campaign are evidence of the success of the partnership between Dar
Al Sharq Group and Al Fardan Group.

Al Harami thanked and appreciated Alfardan Automobiles, led by Omar Al Fardan, Board Member and CEO of Al Fardan Group, for their continuous support, constructive cooperation and active participation in everything that would support the components of the society, including individuals and institutions.
Nasr Jiraudi praised the partnership between Dar Al Sharq Group and Alfardan Automobiles company, describing the partnership as strategic and looking forward to more joint successes.

Dar Al Sharq had announced earlier a special subscription offer for readers of all newspapers published by Dar Al Sharq Group in Arabic and English. Those newspapers include Al Arab, Al Sharq, The Peninsula, Lusail, and Al Araby Al Jadeed. The campaign was sponsored by Alfardan Automobiles - Mini Cooper and El Araby TV and Doha Festival City mall.
The draw for the campaign prizes took place during a special ceremony organised by Doha Festival City.
The celebration was attended by Saad Nasser Saad Sherian Al Kaabi, a representative of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Jassem Salman, campaign manager, and Mahmoud Salah, deputy campaign manager, in addition to representatives of the sponsoring companies.
