Doha: Minister of Transport H E Jassim Saif Ahmed Al Sulaiti met with Minister of Transport of the Czech Republic H E Martin Kupka, in the Ministry's offices yesterday.
The two ministers reviewed Qatar-Czech aspects of cooperation in the fields of transportation and civil aviation services, and ways to further enhance them.
Meanwhile, Minister of Transport H E Jassim Saif Ahmed Al Sulaiti and Minister of Transport and Communications of East Timor H E José Agustinho da Silva signed an air services agreement between the State of Qatar and the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste.
Signed in the Ministry of Transport's office here yesterday, the agreement comes in the context of connecting Qatar with more air services agreements that open airspaces for the national carrier to fly to more destinations around the world.
