Following their third meeting in Austria; co-chaired by former Turkish ambassador to the US Serdar Kilic and deputy speaker of the Armenian parliament Ruben Rubinyan, both sides shared 'sincere and constructive' views, and discussed possible steps for a tangible progress, Turkey's foreign ministry said in a statement.
