Hasu Mia used to play Cajon in a band called ‘Grohoshor’ back in 2015 which he left a year later. After leaving the very first band of his life, Hasu Mia teamed up with Araf Abrar, another musician based in Dhaka, and formed a new band called ''Xtrumentalists''. A crucial part of his career is this new band didn''t continue either.

Hasu Mia learned music production totally intuitively. The internet was his teacher at learning music production. Hasu Mia says, “The best way to learn music production is by learning to play an instrument first because that gives you the ability to express the tune from your mind.”

Currently, Hasu Mia isn’t signed under any record label yet. He is a completely independent artist. After publishing his debut single ‘Lost in Space‘ last year, he released an entire album couple of months later called ‘Drunk on Tea’. Hasu Mia said, he has some upcoming releases in 2022 and he is so hopeful and excited about them.
