
Jordan - 2-year-old girl dies, her 2 brothers sustain burns in Irbid house fire
Irbid, Jan. 26 (Petra) -- A two-year-old girl died and her two brothers sustained moderate burns Wednesday evening due to a fire that broke out in a room at a second floor apartment in Palestine Street, Al Masourah Circle in the northern governorate of Irbid.
Irbid Governor Radwan Utoum told the Jordan News Agency (Petra) that the two children were taken to Princess Rahma Pediatric Hospital, suffering from medium-degree burns and suffocation from carbon dioxide, while the dead girl's body was evacuated to the Northern Region's Forensic Center.
