Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Barre Effect will be hosting two invigorating Yoga Sculpt workshops in April and May with the themes of 'Resilience' on 17th April and 'Patience' on 1st May. The sessions have been created by Adrianna Perez who is visiting Dubai from New York as Barre Effect's 'Instructor in Residence'.
Yoga Sculpt is a yoga inspired full body sculpting class – a combination of yoga flow plus body weight exercises and a whole lot of fun. During the class women can explore what happens when combining a physically challenging body sculpting class incorporating light weights with the mindfulness of yoga.
Shortly after graduating from The Boston Conservatory in 2009 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance, Adrianna received her 200-hour yoga certification from Yoga Works. She has now been teaching yoga for 10 years. Dance and Yoga have provided two great vehicles for her to explore movement, wellness, and creativity and her living in New York City has been a dream come true. She has had the privilege to dance professionally for Armada Dance, to be a Senior Trainer at Physique 57 from 2010-2019, to manage the CorePower Yoga studio on the Upper West Side, and to lead six yoga teacher trainings. In 2020 she founded AMP, a virtual fitness studio specializing in yoga and sculpt classes.
Adrianna is looking forward to meeting the Barre Effect clients and sharing her love of movement with Dubai! In addition to the Yoga Sculpt workshops Adrianna will also be teaching Barre Effect's signature classes from 6th April - 3rd May.
