Kyrgyzstan sees 35 more coronavirus infections

The health authorities of Kyrgyzstan said on Monday that 35 more patients have been diagnosed with coronavirus in the earlier 24 hours, increasing the total number of coronavirus infected patients across the country to 830.

Head of the public health department of the health ministry of the country, Ainura Akmatova, said during a news briefing that 9 medical workers are among the newly diagnosed patients.


The official said that the number of coronavirus infections among medical employees has reached 216 as 139 of them have recovered.

He added that 908 people who have been in contact with confirmed cases remain under medical observation as 11 patients have recovered from the disease in the earlier day.
