Kuwaiti car racing team finishes 3rd in Tilal Sweihan Cars tourney

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) ABU DHABI, Nov 30 (KUNA) -- Bassel Al-Sabah Racing Team, which consists of Musaed Al-Shammari and his assistants Khaleel Al-Qattan and Meshary Al-Khaldi, won the third place in the first round of Tilal Sweihan Tournament that kicked off on Saturday in Abu Dhabi.
In a statement to KUNA, Al-Shammari said that winning the third place in the first round is a good result and an incentive for his team to continue to give in the next three rounds of the championship in light of the strong competition witnessed in the round.
He noted that his team participated in the category (6 cylinders four-wheel drive), adding that his team was looking for first place without the sudden failures suffered by his car (GTR 35).
The team will redouble its efforts and preparations for the second round of the championship, which begins on December 13 before the third and fourth rounds, which will be held in January and March 2020. (end)
