Qatar- Six-storey car parking to open soon in Al Bidda
(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Doha: A six-storey car parking building will soon open alongside the Al Bidda Metro station.
The Al Bidda Metro substation and Multi Storey Car Park Building is expected to solve the parking crisis in the area as it has space for 625 cars.
The car parking building is embedded withsubstation commissioned by Kahramaafor Doha Metro project of Qatar Rail.
It is being equipped with the latest safety and security systems followed in Qatar.
Kahramaa President Essa bin Hilal Al Kuwari said the main entrance of building and floors' entrances have been provided with electric display screens, displaying the number of vacant parking lots available on each floor.
He added that the substations for Doha Metro are equipped with special technology to ensure uninterrupted power supply in emergency situations.
