Power cuts in Venezuela

The National Electricity Corporation of Venezuela said that power outages have affected several zones of Caracas, Venezuelan capital, and Miranda state, leaving the areas with no electricity.

The company said that technicians are working to solve the issues.

The power cut has disturbed subway services in the capital as well as train services between the capital and Miranda.

The Metro of Caracas announced on twitter that stations on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd line were shut down to the power outage, the state railway institute announced a similar statement.
