Qatar and Kenya strengthen ties

(MENAFN- The Peninsula) QNAPresident Uhuru Kenyatta of the Republic of Kenya met in Nairobi yesterday with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, H E Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani. H E the Deputy Prime Minister conveyed greetings of the Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to the President of Kenya, wishing the Kenyan people further progress and prosperity.

The President entrusted the H E the Deputy PM to convey his greetings to H H the Amir, wishing him good health and happiness and the Qatari people continued progress, development and prosperity. During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations and prospects of enhancing them. The meeting was attended by the Minister of Transport and Communications, H E Jassim bin Saif Al Sulaiti.
