Sri Lanka- Soldier dies during parachute training in Ampara

(MENAFN- Colombo Gazette) A soldier was killed during a parachute training session in Ampara, the Army media unit said.

The Army said that a Sri Lanka Army Special Forces member was killed in the accident.

The training exercise had taken place at the Sri Lanka Air Force airbase in Ampara.
