Afghanistan- Police detained a kidnaper in Logar

KABUL: Police in eastern Logar province said they have
detained a man accused of kidnapping a child.
Afghan National Police arrested a kidnaper, who abducted a
five years' child in Mohammad Agha center of province, Provincial Police
Spokesman Shahpoor Ahmadzai said Sunday.
He said the arrested indict is charged with repeatedly
kidnapping, who captured by police in 1st PD of Mohammad Agha during an
operation on Saturday.
The detained man was in jail for seven years in connection of
abducting a foreign citizen in Kabul city, he said, adding after his release he
again kidnapped a 5-year-old child.
