Two vans with employees on board crashes to one another, inflicting fourteen people with wounds while killing three others.
Police and a rescue crew rushed to the scene of the traffic accident, escorting the wounded to the city's provincial hospital.
Local authorities announced that a probe to look into the accident was opened.
