The memorandum between Azerbaijan's State University of Economics (UNEC) and the Agency for Development of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises will help develop the "UNEC Extern" program, which allows 10,000 entrepreneurs to benefit from distance learning, the UNEC Rector Adalat Muradov said at a ceremony of signing the memorandum of cooperation between UNEC and the Agency.

Then, he spoke about the university's program, "UNEC to be", pursuing two main tasks.

"If a graduate gets a job within three years after graduating from our university, but at the same time, according to the employer, is not sufficiently qualified, the university allocates funds to raise the skills of such a graduate," Muradov said.

At the end, he thanked the International Graduate and Doctoral Studies under the UNEC for assistance and holding the event.
