Oman- Bayan Investment to open service centre on expressway
(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- Bayan Investment House announced on Sunday that it will open the first fully integrated service centre, named 'Sayar 1', on Muscat Expressway.
Fahad bin Mohammed al Khalili, chairman and chief executive officer of Bayan Investment, said, 'The service station will provide road users several facilities such as a fuel station, cafés, shops, female prayer rooms, toilets, a money exchange office and a pharmacy.'
Ahmed al Harmali, a partner in Bayan Investment and director of Special Projects Department, said, 'The commercial building will be spread over 4,150sq m. There will be 20 commercial units and 61 parking slots.'
