As posted on the US embassy in Abu Dhabi's Instagram page, they "invite mid-career professionals who are UAE citizens and have a proven track record of leadership, a commitment to public service" to apply for the self-defined programme of independent study" with the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program for the 2019-2020 academic year.
Applicants should be no younger than 30 and no older than 50.
