Oman carries out bottled water testing for validity
(MENAFN) Oman's authorities declared the Gulf state to have conducted an operation to test samples of bottled water that is used for consumption.
The testing was announced by authorities to have been carried out in Sur by the Food and Water Laboratory.
The objective behind the testing of samples for a number of factories was explained to be to confirm the validity of the bottled water.
"The laboratory which is part of the Directorate General of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources of Southern Sharqiyah performed tests to ensure that the water it is up to the required specifications," the Municipality stated.
