Lebanon elections to still face risk over tensions
(MENAFN) Lebanon's parliamentary elections still face a threat as a result of powerful pressures, Education Minister Marwan Hamadeh warned.
The minister noted "the parliamentary elections remain threatened by any major development in the region."
Minister Hamadeh then added in his statement, assuring "but the scenario of a 'big war' is ruled out."
He also emphasized that rather than wars, the condition in Afrin and East Ghouta is to more possible cause agreements to be suspended.
