Ramith Rambukwella loses his driving licence for drunk driving

The Colombo Additional Magistrate ordered the licence to be temporarily suspend.

Rambukwella, a member of the Sri Lanka cricket pool, was arrested on Friday after his vehicle crashed into a motorcycle.

Rambukwella had allegedly assaulted the rider following the accident.

The politician's son was in 2016 charged for drunk driving and earlier he was also involved in a mid-air drama while under the influence of alcohol. (Colombo Gazette)
