UAE- RTA reaps 5 qualitative awards in Middle East call centre field

DUBAI, 11th July, 2017 (WAM) -- The Roads and Transport Authority, RTA, has won 5 awards at the local and GCC level, presented by INSIGHTS ME Call Centre Awards. The awards clinched by RTA's call centre are indicative of its persistent efforts to keep pace with the highest standards of service improvement, enhance the satisfaction of customers and employees, and realise RTA's third strategic goal 'People Happiness'.

Mattar Al Tayer, Director-General and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of the RTA, expressed his delight with the five awards, saying that they highlighted the efforts of the RTA to maintain the highest performance standards in call centres in both public and private sectors. He called for fresh efforts to maintain this superb performance level.

The awards won by the call centre include, 'Best Government Call Center Middle East –Value', 'Best Career and Skill Paths', in addition to three individual creativity awards namely, 'The Best Call Centre Art', 'Best Call Centre Essay', and 'Best Call Centre Photography'.
