Kuwait - Citizen caught drunk

(MENAFN- Arab Times) Hawally securitymen arrested a Kuwaiti in Salmiya for consuming alcohol with a bottle of imported liquor in his possession. While patrolling the area, the security officers noticed the erratic movement of a vehicle, so they signaled the driver - a citizen - to pull over. When the officers asked for his identification documents, they observed his breath smelt of liquor. They then checked his vehicle, resulting in the discovery of a bottle of liquor. A case was registered and the citizen was referred to the concerned security department for the necessary legal action.
