Kuwait- 'Return to husband's house'

(MENAFN- Arab Times) The Ja'afariyah Court, presided over by Judge Abdullah Al-Sairafi, has instructed a Kuwaiti woman to return to the house provided by her husband. Attorney Faisal Al-Otaibi, lawyer for the husband, told the court the marriage between his client and the woman is still valid. He said the woman left the matrimonial home without justification. He argued his client has provided the woman with a comfortable home in a secure environment and met other conditions, including living outside the extended family house; hence, there is no reason for her to abandon her husband.
