Kuwait- Man tortures wife with cigarette butts

(MENAFN- Arab Times) Police are looking for an unidentified man for torturing his wife by extinguishing cigarette butts on her body, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily. It has also been reported the well-built husband kept the wife locked in a room and continued burning her body. The incident was discovered when the family called the wife and discovered she was unwell following which her brother went to see his sister. When the husband discovered the brother had gone to visit her he left the house and has not been seen since then. The brother took his sister to a hospital and then to the Hawalli Police Station where a case has been registered.
