The structure of the company includes a laboratory equipped with the most up-to-date equipment, meat processing area, cold storage ware houses, and transportation systems. Some of the imported raw materials used for meat production are kept in the cold storage ware houses.

The company has a production area of which capacity is ​​up to 20 tons per day. As all the products are completely halal they had been exported to Islamic countries. But exportation of products has faced major problems because of the wars in Iraq and Syria in recent years.

We are currently working on the process of exportation of "Kral" meat products to other countries. Of course, one of the main goals of the company is to go to the world market under the brand name 'Made in Azerbaijan'.

It should be noted that "Kral" meat products have participated in dozens of international and local exhibitions so far and have repeatedly been awarded diplomas, medals and certificates for quality of the products.

Hakan Foods LLC has been given Certificate of Compliance and Hygiene by Halal Food Government Standards for producing about 42 types of sausages. These products are produced in the meat processing area with a production capacity of up to 2500 tons per year. 'Kral' meat products are named after the ancient and historical regions of Azerbaijan like Zangazur, Gumru, Daralayaz, Vedibasar, Goycha where highest quality of meat was produced and other names which show our commitment to our historical lands.

Yavuz Hasanov said that the production and storage of meat products is in line with the modern standards. He assures everyone that 'Kral' products are absolutely Halal and they don't use pork or meat from unknown origins in their production. The public may have also known that the company has a farm in Beylagan region where meat is mainly supplied from.

One of the main factors that ensure high quality is the control of the products. The company has a Central Laboratory equipped with the most recent equipment. The laboratory also has a physician microbiologist and physic-chemical examination rooms. Even the company's laboratory is under state control and receives a special certificate.

That is, the content and quality of any product can be checked in this laboratory. Further more animals slaughtered according to Islamic rules, are checked by veterinarians, stamped and sealed, documentation is done and the meat goes to the company area together with the documents. Some of the food additives that are used in production are imported.

Yavuz Hasanov noted that regular public inspections are organized, so that citizens, students in the food industry can watch the entire production process. He said that the company aims to produce and deliver quality products. At the moment, a give away marketing campaign for 'Kral' meat products has been started.
