He also completed a year of Senior Registrar at Brooke General Hospital and Guy's Hospital in London, England.
Certified by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery, Dr. Kuretu has dedicated his life to delivering the highest standard of quality and compassionate care to his patients. He provides expert diagnosis and treatment for a wide array of conditions, and is recognized for his expertise in thoracic surgery and cardiothoracic surgery. In his career, he has touched many lives of medical students, residents and over 400 cardiothoracic fellows. Some of them refer to him as 'the master.' He has participated in over 8 thousand open heart procedures in his OR career.
