(MENAFN- Pajhwok Afghan News) JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Three people were killed and as many injured as a result of a traffic accident in the Behsud district of eastern Nangarhar province on Monday, an official said.
Attaullah Khogyani, the governor€™s spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News the incident took place when a Suzuki car and a motorbike collided on the Ring Road early in the morning.
Inamullah Miakhel, the Nangarhar civil hospital spokesman, confirmed receiving three bodies and as many wounded individuals from the scene of the accident.
However, an official of the traffic department said on condition of anonymity that four people were killed and two others wounded. He linked the accident to rash driving.
