Kuwait- His Highness the Amir's Envoy delivers letter to Sultan Qaboos of Oman
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, March 6 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah's Envoy, Deputy Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Mohammad Al-Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah delivered a letter on Tuesday to Sultan Qaboos Bin Saeed of Sultanate of Oman from His Highness the Amir.
