(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- A child's play with a bicycle lock went too far when his neck got entangled in it. The child was helped by a team from the Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulances (PACDA) to get the lock out.
An official from PACDA said that the metal wire lock was wrapped around the neck of the boy who is a resident of Al Nahda area in the wilayat of Ibri in Dhahirah governorate. The child is in good health, the PACDA official said.
