Doha: The MTM Group, one of Qatar's leading health and fitness companies, has celebrated Sport Day all around Doha hosted by its fitness brands, Aspire Active, Qgym Elite, the Doha Family Activity Centre, CrossFit Doha and The Venue.
As fitness ambassadors, the MTM Group of brands promoted a healthy lifestyle through fitness activities in Aspire Park, Virgin Megastores, Four Seasons and The Pearl.
Aspire Active and CrossFit Doha conducted fitness classes for all ages in Aspire Park in conjunction with Sports Corner, encouraging the people of Doha to get active so they may stay healthy at all times. Everyone participated in the Tabata classes led by Aspire Active trainers, while the kids enjoyed fitness games throughout the morning.
Qgym Elite, Aspire Active and CrossFit Doha, hosted QIB staff and their families at the Four Season as well and held fitness classes for adults and kids.
The Venue set up fitness stations around The Pearl, with a different exercise per station, where people could experience going through a fitness journey.
A co-promotion with Virgin Megastores later in the day was also held at Villaggio where prizes were given out and thrilling demos by Aspire Active and CrossFit Doha were conducted. 'Sports Day is the perfect time for us to raise awareness on the importance of health and fitness. No matter your age, gender and fitness capability, we offer fitness programmes to every kind of person, giving everyone a chance to jumpstart his fitness journey.
