China to launch new air route between Chongqing, US

(MENAFN) The municipal commission of transport stated that a direct flight is now available between southwest China's Chongqing Municipality and Los Angeles.
Accordingly, the flight, directed by Hainan Airlines, is likely to depart Chongqing at 9:25 p.m. every Tuesday and Saturday.
Never the less, the commission added that the return trip is estimated to leave Los Angeles near midnight (local time) every Wednesday and Sunday.
On the other hand, this flight is considered as the first direct air way linking Chongqing as well as US and it is predicted to increase bilateral economic and cultural exchange.
