Turkey's economic confidence rebounds in Feb


(MENAFN) Confidence in Turkey's economy rebounded in Feb after a two-month decline, which surged by 6.8 percent to 91.5 compared to last month.

Meanwhile, the increase in the economic confidence index stemmed from the increases in services, the real estate sector, construction and retail trade.

Furthermore, the sub-index for the real estate sector jumped 6 percent to 106.5 in Feb, whereas services also surged 6.1 percent to 92.9.

In addition, the retail trade confidence and construction confidence indices both increased by 2.1 percent to 97.9 percent and 76.4 percent, respectively.
