(MENAFN) Doha Port will receive first mega cruise ship, which will bring over 3.000 passengers and over 1.300 crew members on its maiden call to Qatar.
Moreover, the cruise season is predicted to bring an estimated 50.000 visitors to the country, compared to last season, an increase of over 1.000 percent.
Accordingly, the country's cruise tourism industry continues to increase from strength to strength, due to the support and co-op from shareholders.
In the coming year, the country will see more infrastructural development as it embarks on the redevelopment of Doha Port into a permanent cruise terminal.
